Author Guidelines

Official Language

The official language of the WAMyC 2026 Workshop is English. All abstracts, posters, and oral presentations must be prepared and presented in English.

🎤 Oral Presentations

  • Time Limit: Each presentation is allotted 15-20 minutes (10-15 minutes for the presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A). Please respect these times strictly to ensure the schedule runs smoothly.

  • Format: We recommend using PDF format or Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx).

  • Submission: Please bring your presentation on a USB flash drive. You must upload your file to the computer in the session room at least 15 minutes before your session starts (during the coffee break or before the first session of the morning).

  • Technical Equipment: The room is equipped with a PC, a projector, and a pointer. Personal laptops are generally not allowed to avoid delays connecting adapters.

🖼️ Poster Guidelines

  • Dimensions: The maximum allowed size is A0 format (841 x 1189 mm).

  • Orientation: Please prepare your poster in Portrait (Vertical) orientation. Landscape (Horizontal) posters may not fit on the display boards.

  • Printing: Authors are responsible for printing and bringing their posters. There are no printing facilities at the venue.

  • Mounting: Fixing materials (pins or adhesive tape) will be provided by the organization.

  • Display Time: Posters should be mounted on Thursday morning and removed after the poster session on Thursday afternoon. The organization is not responsible for posters left after the event.
